Dosi per 4:

500 g pasta sfoglia
300 g funghi misti
1 cucchiaio cipolla tritata
1 cucchiai farina
2 cucchiai latte
2 uova
2 cucchiaini prezzemolo

Scongelare la pasta. Appassire la cipolla con 20 gr di burro e la metà del prezzemolo. Unire i funghi, far scongelare, alzare la fiamma e far asciugare. Salare, pepare e tagliare a pezzetti i funghi. Rivestire 4 stampini imburrati con la pasta. Frullare le uova con la farina e unire sale, Pepe, funghi e prezzemolo. Versare negli stampi e cuocere in forno già caldo a 220' C per 20' circa.
