Dosi per 4:

400 g gamberetti già sgusciati
1 scalogno tritato
3 cucchiaini succo di limone
1 presa Peperoncino rosso in polvere

Cuocere per 10 minuti nell'acqua bollente leggermente salata i gamberetti.

Scolarli, lasciarli intiepidire, quindi tagliarli a pezzetti. Porli in una insalatiera con lo scalogno, il Peperoncino, il sale e il succo di limone. Mescolare bene e servire.
