FOCACCINE E FICHI

Ingredienti:

g farina
130 g olio
Salvia
sale
olio per la frittura
fichi

Impastare la farina con l'olio, un pizzico di sale e un po' d'acqua. Unire 4 o 5 foglie di Salvia tritate finemente. Ottenuta una pasta morbida, stenderla ad uno spessore di 1/2 cm e tagliarla a rombi lunghi 12 cm. Friggerli nell'olio bollente e asciugarli dell'unto in eccesso. Servire queste focaccine con un cestino di fichi freschi.
