CROSTINI AGLI SPINACI

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

8 fette pane carré
8 fette sottilette
600 g spinaci in foglia surgelati
4 Alici
2 spicchi aglio
panna
burro

Cuocere gli spinaci in poca acqua salata, strizzarli e soffriggerli nel burro con l'aglio e le Alici.

Tostare il pane, metterlo in una teglia imburrata, suddividervi sopra gli spinaci, coprire ogni fetta con una fetta di formaggio, irrorare con un bicchiere di panna, infornare per 10 minuti e servire.
