bicchiere vino bianco secco
1 bicchiere olio
1 bicchiere zucchero
farina quanto basta
1 pugno Anice
burro per la placca del forno

Versare in un recipiente il vino, l'olio, lo zucchero e l'Anice. Unire la farina fino ad ottenere un impasto elastico ed omogeneo. Ricavare dall'impasto dei cordoni di pasta del diametro di un dito e da questi tante ciambelline. Sistemarle su una placca da forno imburrata e cuocerle in forno caldo a 180o per circa 30'.
