CESTINI DI WURSTEL

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 tartellette di pasta brisée salata
4 wurstel
50 g emmenthal grattugiato
Besciamella
grana

Prepare una Besciamella morbida e unirvi l'emmenthal. Privare i wurstel della pelle, tagliarli a rondelle, mescolarli con la salsa e suddividerli nelle tartellette. Cospargere di grana, mettere in forno caldo a 180o per circa 10 minuti e servire.
