CAPRICCIOSA MARINA

Una variante all'insalata capricciosa, che tradizionalmente è fatta con il prosciutto.

Ingredienti per 4 persone

2 sedani rapa
4 carote
1 scatola sgombri sott'olio
1 piccolo vasetto Maionese
sale

Pelare e scottare i sedani rapa in acqua bollente salata per 10", poi scolarli e lasciarli raffreddare.

Tagliare a Julienne carote e sedani, mescolarli allo sgombro sminuzzato e condire con la Maionese, aggiustando di sale.
