CANNONCINI DI WURSTEL

cannoncini_wurstel Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia Findus
8 wurstel
1 uovo
2 cucchiai Senape
burro

Stendere la pasta sfoglia scongelata e tagliarla a strisce lunghe circa 20 cm. e larghe 3 cm.

Cospargere i wurstel con la Senape, avvolgerli nelle strisce di pasta e chiudere bene le estremità.

Pennellarli con l'uovo sbattuto, adagiarli in una teglia imburrata, cuocerli in forno per circa 20 minuti e servirli caldi.
