Dosi per 4:

200 g grana grattugiato
4 uova
2 dl latte
2 dl panna
2 cucchiaini farina
30 g burro

Battere le uova, unire la farina, il grana, il latte, la panna e un pizzico di sale e amalgamare.

Versare il composto in una teglia imburrata e cuocere a bagnomaria per circa 30 minuti.

Far raffreddare il budino, capovolgerlo e servirlo.
