BON BON DI GORGONZOLA

Dosi per 4.

Lavorare con una forchetta 300 g di Gorgonzola fino a ridurlo in Purea. Amalgamarlo a 100 g di burro ammorbidito. Condirlo con poco Pepe e 1 goccio di grappa. Far raffreddare in frigorifero e poi, con le mani bagnate, ricavare dal composto tante palline grandi come una nocciola. Far rotolare le palline su un trito di prezzemolo e Menta, disporle sul piatto di portata e tenerle in frigorifero fino al momento di servirle con l'aperitivo.
