Dosi per 4:

350 g ricotta
3 cucchiai grana grattugiato
Semi di finocchio
1 mela verde
1 mela rossa
1 ciuffo Basilico
succo di 1 limone
Paprica dolce

Unire alla ricotta il grana, sale, Pepe e lavorarla a crema con un cucchiaio di legno. Unire un cucchiaino di semi di finocchio pestati, un pizzico di Paprica e il Basilico spezzettato. Mettere in frigo. Lavare le mele, tagliarle a dadi e spruzzarle di limone. Formare tante palline con il composto di formaggio, unire le mele e servire freddo.
