barchette_salmone Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 avocado
150 g Maionese
50 g salmone affumicato a fette
1 cucchiaino Senape
3 cucchiai panna montata
1 vasetto crema di salmone
5 cetriolini sott'aceto
1 falda peperone rosso sott'aceto
1 limone

Tagliare a metà gli avocado, eliminare il nocciolo e spruzzarli con il limone. Mescolare la Maionese con 80 g di crema di salmone, cetriolini e peperoni tritati, Senape e panna montata. Riempire con il composto gli avocado. Guarnire con il salmone affumicato tagliato a striscioline, mettere in frigo per 30' prima di servire.
