BARCHETTE RIPIENE DI PATE` E GELATINA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 barchette di pasta brisè
1 tazza patè di prosciutto o di tonno
1/2 tazza gelatina

Prendete delle barchette di pasta brisè e con una siringa farcitele all'interno con il patè.

Affinché questo non annerisca a contatto dell'aria, versate su ogni barchetta un cucchiaino di gelatina fredda.

Lasciate in frigorifero alcune ore prima di servire.
