ANTIPASTO DI VERDURE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 lattuga
200 g tonno
4 uova
3 patate
12 cetriolini sotto aceto
3 carote
prezzemolo
olio
sale
aceto
Pepe

Fare bollire le uova per 8--9 minuti, sgusciarle e tagliarle a fette. Lessare le patate tagliate a tocchetti ed unire il prezzemolo tritato. Pulire la lattuga e con quattro foglie foderare delle coppe. Su ciascuna mettere le carote e le patate, il tonno a pezzi e i cetriolini tagliati a rondelle. Versare sopra l'olio e l'aceto emulsionati e servire.
