Dosi per 4:
150 g salmone affumicato a fette
150 g champignons
1 peperone rosso
1 peperone verde
4 cucchiai Maionese
1 cucchiaio ketchup
1 limone

Tagliare a fettine sottili i funghi, irrorarli con succo di limone e metterli in una insalatiera con il salmone a listarelle e i peperoni a filetti. Mescolare e condire con un filo di olio, sale e Pepe. Aggiungere la Maionese mescolata alla ketchup. Decorare con il prezzemolo tritato. Far seguire da un risotto alla pescatora.
