ANTIPASTO DI PEPERONI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 peperoni verdi
2 pomodori
90 g tonno sott'olio
Basilico
4 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio aceto
1 spicchio aglio
sale
Pepe

Lavare i pomodori, tagliarli a fettine e farli marinare con aglio schiacciato, Basilico spezzettato e 2 cucchiai di olio. Lavare e asciugare i peperoni, arrostirli per 15 minuti, spellarli e tagliarli a pezzi, eliminando i semi. Fare uno strato di peperoni, ricoprirli con una salsa fatta di olio, aceto, sale, Pepe e guarnire con fettine di pomodoro e tonno a pezzetti.
