ANTIPASTO HAWAIANO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 pompelmi
100 g riso
olive farcite
1 peperone rosso
1 limone
erba cipollina
Curry
olio
sale

Aprire a metà i pompelmi, svuotarli e privarli della polpa. Mescolare la polpa spellata con il riso lessato in acqua salata, le olive a rondelle e il peperone tagliato a listarelle. Condire con olio, succo di limone, Curry ed erba cipollina tagliuzzata. Riempire con questo composto i mezzi pompelmi e servire.
