3 peperoni verdi carnosi
8 Sardine sott'olio
100 g tonno sott'olio

Arrostire, pelare e tagliare a pezzi i peperoni. Disporne uno strato in un piatto, ricoprirli con una salsetta composta di olio, poco aceto, sale e Pepe. Mettere a marinare le fette di pomodoro con aglio schiacciato, Basilico tritato e olio. Sovrapporle ai peperoni, decorare tutto intorno con Sardine e tonno. Portare a tavola, mescolare delicatamente e servire.
